La Salud (Limited Edition Giclée)
I read in a book that back in the day, they used to give coca cola to sick patients. They said it was to settle the stomach and calm the fever. When I was a child, my Mom gave me gingerale when I got sick. I secretly thought it was a treat and I loved eating the saltine crackers she would also give me. Sometimes you just need to just let the body rest and take it easy! This is a print of 'La Salud' a painting I created in 2012 in acrylics. I thought of this image while sick in bed.
