This painting is inspired by Frida Kahlo and the heart ache she endured through her life in her relationship with her husband, Diego Rivera. The guitarist is trying to lift her spirits in a more positive way.

Every year, since 2013, I hand carve a unique stamp to represent that year of art.  I use this stamp on all original paintings, limited edition prints, and all print packages.
